Every guest email leaves from office@aldoravilla.com — inbox replies and scheduled messages.
Office email
From address is locked to the villa office box. Add a send URL (Cloudflare Worker, Apps Script, or Resend/Postmark endpoint) when you are ready to deliver live mail.
SMS delivery
Texts send to the guest phone on file. Paste a worker or Twilio Function URL so production can hit a real carrier. Until a URL is saved, SMS is logged on the guest thread and queued locally.
Team access
Stacy owns roles. Everyone else only gets the keys they need.
